Additional Stocking, 13th Jan

The last stocking of the lake this year, 24 more stunning carp placed into there new home. Total of 61 new carp have been stocked this winter into Jonchery.

Winter Clear Up, 3rd Jan

Plenty of work going on around and in the lake. Cutting trees back and removing snags.

Nov 2022

Three New Stockings, 30th Nov

Over the last few weeks we have completed three additional stockings.

At the beginning of November, 16 new carp were stocked up to 20kg (44lbs). Then on the 7th November we stocked a second group of 14 carp and finally at the end of November a further 10 carp between 30-40lb.

September catch reports, 13th Oct

Here are the catch overviews for the last few weeks....

Catch report from 17.9.22 to 24.9.22:
63 carp landed to a 58.6lb common. Fish caught all over the lake, nobody blanked.

Catch report from 10.9.22 to 17.9.22:
93 carp landed over the week. Weather started to cool down and the carp looked to have started to build for winter.

Catch report from 3.9.22 to 10.9.22: 98 carp landed over the week, biggest 57lb. Nice consistent week with some massive storms of hail, wind and lightning thrown in.
