Additional Stocking, 23rd Nov

In the past two weeks, we have had the opportunity to help empty two lakes. During this process, we were able to handpick the finest carp for Lassicourt. The aim of this second stocking is to increase the population of young fish in the gravel pit, giving them time to adapt and grow properly over time.

New Stock, 7th Nov

The first new residents arrived at Lassicourt this week. As the original stock is mainly made up of common fish, we wanted to add beautiful, young mirrors with high growth potential. A total of 44 fish arrived in this first batch, with weights ranging from just under 22lb to 35lb+, with an average weight of around 24lb. I'm willing to bet that these fish will explode in terms of growth before long! 😁😁

Magnificent Fish, 9th Oct

As you know, the stock already includes some superb fish with a high average weight. Our strategy is to gently supplement the existing stock this winter with selected fish. In the meantime, we were fortunate to receive a generous gift from two Belgian friends who breed their own fish. They presented me with 12 young fish, each 3 years old and as magnificent as the next! I’ll leave it to you to judge their quality!
