Fantastic week, great fishing with great company. We made so many fabulous memories that this trip will never be forgotten, thanks!

Details of your catches:

Although the fish had spawned, we had a great weeks fishing, catching 66 fish, carp to over 37lb, obviously spawned out. We also had catfish over 47lb, all carp was super fit and hard fighting, a credit to Richard the bailiff's fish care.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

We caught on most things we tried, house bait did well, but we also used DNA bug, which was very successful, I also used impact particles banoffee boilies, again with good catch rates, wafters worked well, as did smaller snowman rigs.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Facilities were as advertised, well equipped kitchen, and good shower, toilet etc, plenty of hot water, with no issues, as good as we have experienced.

Were you happy with them?

Very happy.

Highly recommended, probably the best overall lake we have booked.

Angling lines were top notch, always available for advice, and no problems at all. I have used others, but Angling Lines are the best.

Probably the best weeks fishing we have experienced, the most hard fighting carp we have experienced, lovely lake and area.
