General Comments:

Tough week, nice lake, the fish are of a very good standard. Richard is a credit to Anglinglines and Lillypool.

Your best tactics/bait/rigs:

Snowman over boillie small patches of bait using a bait boat. Most fish came from open water. Nearer the end of the week small pva bags casting towards bubbling or showing fish worked best.

Were the facilities what you expected?

Yes bedroom for the girls was great and comfy beds. Cooking facilities were good. Lodge clean and tidy. Tv in the lodge was good for the girls at night to catch up on their soaps. Shower and toilet facilities very good.

Yes very good.

Yes i would and will visit again myself after ive been to a few other angling lines venues in mind.

Yes never had any problems using angling lines and always very easy to book through.

General Comments:

Rick was great, knows the lake and fish inside out. He has a good approach and lets you get on with your fishing unless you are struggling and he is there with the answers to any questions you may have. Had some great chats when he visited us made you feel very welcome and at home.
