Caught approx 19 carp over all, biggest 43lb was biggest. Weather conditions very hot. We had a much better year the year before.

Fishing only for 6 days, I personally had 10 carp mostly mirrors high average weight of about 36lb... biggest 41.08

Fished to far margins, own boilies using mixed bottom baits & pop ups.

General Comments:

We had a problem because 2 other guys had arrived on the Saturday had taken swims 2 and 3 which left us very little water because one was fishing over into my swim so I think I would suggest the owner Mehdi put in swim demarkation markers on the far bank. The guys near us lost many in the snags so if I were Mehdi I would also remove the snags. A very good lake for runs.Really enjoyed it

between 4 of us we ended up with 54 fish 10 20s up to 29lb 30 30s up to 39lb and 3 40s up to 41lb and a small grass carp medi was a top bloke who left you alone to enjoy your weeks fishing

baitboat filled with boilies 1 rod from the far margin best bait for me was solar top banana pop ups

54 fish -19 fish from 24lb to 29lb.... 31 fish from 32lb to 39lb.... and 3 x 40lb upto 41lb 6oz. We had 51 mirrors and 3 commons, 2 of which were 40's. 1 x grassie.

General Comments:

medhi meets you on your first day and then lets you just get on with your fishing,top bloke. Our group has fished France alot but never had such strong fighting fish before,and they are all in pristine condition. Read reports of rat problem but only saw ONE all week.
